Description
Maxopake plastisols continue to be an industry standard on dark shirts. They are smooth and creamy and easy to print. A special range of the most opaque plastisol colours available. Recommend for direct manual or machine printing (Wet on wet or single colour printing) on black and very dark coloured garments. Soft, creamy consistency. While primarily used for direct printing on cotton and cotton/synthetic blends.
CURING:
Plastisol inks will not air dry. They must be heat cured. Normal plastisols will fully cure and withstand repeated washings when the entire ink deposit reaches 300F (149C). Curing can be accomplished with the use of a conveyor dryer, flash curing or infrared heaters. Because Maxopake inks are often printed through coarse meshes, the resulting heavier deposits may require longer oven time or possibly higher temperature than normal.
STORAGE:
Store plastisol at room temperature. Prolonged exposure to high temperature can cause the viscosity of any plastisol to increase.
WASHABILITY:
Excellent. Dry-Cleaning is not recommended. Imprinted parts of garments should not be ironed.
